the dude on the right looks like a jerk atm. hehe. I would be affraid of a cross-eyed doc like him.
The female doc looks like she is telling the patient the size of his [Deleted Wink ]

Woah...that's really nice.

The guy on the right looks like Major Asshole (?) from Spaceballs; the cross-eyed guy.

The only thing that looks weird to me is the shadow on the guy on the right. Maybe his neck/chin area should be more shadowed? Maybe a shadow just above the eyes would work too.

I think you nailed the reflections on their glasses. They look excellent. Smile

hmm with people all around you where would your body stand? Your is the pacient being rapped? hehe (maybe flipping the image can solve this)

Cool man, I did something like this a couple of weeks ago, didnt turn out cool though, tell me if I can show it here!

And I think you should move the bottom guy to either side of the picture...

This is just my preference, but I think the two doctors at the very bottom (6 o'clock) and to our left (7 o'clock) need to have more of a neck. But, you may have your reasons for this. Who knows. Regardless, I think it is a good piece and look forward for the finished product.

But this stinks, it actually was alot better but then I messed up and didnt save it as psd file, only jpg!

The idea about making it a fish-eye view is great - BUT - using a filter messes it up like you say. But still, it has a great atmosphere Very Happy
