nice and scary. really devilish.
i think if your pov is from that high up where you can see the back of his head, then we whouldnt see his face frum that angle. the face imho whould end where the botom of the nose currently is, and hte nose, mouth, etc should be drawn from the correct angle. its like you flattened his head and its not even round
maybe its just me, though, and my twisted eye vision, so wait for more comments.
_his_ right side of the face looks better than his left side but im guessing its because you havnt got to that part yet (eye, chic, horn)
good luck on this one |

Cool! If it's for a logo, it could be cool to make it very clear, the facial elements more pronounced so that it is readable as a demon head whaever size th choose to reproduce this logo. *shrug* for this idea you might well need to abstract it somewhat/stylise it which is probably not what wither you or them had in mind for their logo. which makes that last scentance redundant.
ah heck, I'll pot this comment anyway. |

thanx for the paintover aqetopsy, i've been contemplating reducing the back of the head and nose myself the client wanted a pointy chin, so thats why the chin is like it is (this isn't a normal Human, demon remember so some of the anatomy stuff can b slung out the window )
