I like it, It's a little blurry though and a little messy, as there are many elements.

Do you know Pesek? I think he's Polish. I have a big ass book from the sixties or seventies that he illustrated. BIG inspiration.

I like this pic, i think it looks cool.

but I also feel something for some reason. like i feel for the planet, that makes me a bit of an idiot i suppuse -- I had't realised i was so attached (not literally) to earth. Now I'm embarrased Embarassed

True enough, it is a bit messy. That was my intention, to try to achive a feeling of chaos. Maybe too much.
Pesek is a big inspiration for me too. His work in National Geographic was an early influence. He and Bonestell are fathers of modern astronomical illustration.

The word you're searching for is GAIA. It's something like the spirit of mother(fucking) earth. Whatever, BC, you did a nice job on that pic. Damn that's an interesting theme you've chosen! We could talk about it for ages and finally come to the conclusion our sheer existence is extremely unlikely in terms of statistical probability, to say the least, thus our heads would implode due to a state of general confusion and pet munkeyz would take over the world and declare war against teh evil bionic cyberplants from outerspace.
