this thread was inspired by capt. flush garden's "propeller thread"..
here is my first serious piece of work with my new wacom tablet, it was origionally for the propeller thread but then i realized that it didn't have any propellers
anyway here is my concorde..
took a little over an hour. lets see your jets!

I'm seriously digging the values on the second one, the blacks on the back and underside- sweet contrast! I'm inspired. I wish I had time to paint something this week so I could add to this thread. _________________ Smokey, this is not 'Nam this is bowling. There are rules. |

the inked one is awesome, Elliot, the sense of action and line art are wonderful. the bottom one looks quite painful. have any more pictures in this style? |

Neat renderings, all. Very differing styles.
saripol, what do you mean, "bleh"? I like it. I mean, at least it conveys the idea in a pleasing way. It isn't "photoreal" or anything, its just painterly. The vapor trails are a nice touch. |
