What is the Degree or Major that I should be in if I like todo Concept designs. Say for movies or games.

Graphic Design Major?
Drawing Major?

I'm confused'...

Currently I've just begun an Illustration major, but I'm beginning to wonder if that's the right area. In the long run I'd like to make concept designs for computer games and texture work.

Illustration is much closer to what you want than graphic design. You can do much more specific study though. Perhaps industrial design could help. I'll hand you over to someone who knows more about concept design.
