Psionic vampire - PS 5.5 + mouse.
Need to: refine 'light band' in front of her,
fix her face
fix her eyes
add some warm skin tone spots
improve highlights on her cleavage
refine dress and patterns
refine and add detail, depth to 'halo'
anything else?

Well, you have most of the things, I also think that you need to figure out where the light source is coming from that's lighting her face, and what colour it is. If it's a warm colour, like torch light, then it will cast warm highlights on her. The light of the moon in the background should produce halo like effects on the edges of the cloth that I feel need to be better defined as well. The Moonlight is hitting her back, not her front.
The hair seems to be part of her body, and not a seperate being unto itself like it should(ask anybody with long hair about the personality of their hair). The bottom of the background could also be better defined as it makes no sence to have such a well defined background on the top and none on the bottom.
It has alot of potential, so keep us posted.  |

To add to the above, you need a background. I would suggest a minor goth style background. Not nessisaraly a graveyard extreem, maybe a horse and carrige abandond on a dirt path in a old english town, or maybe on a cabble stone road.
Something like that I think

background is a good idea as al ian said. i think if you make her stand on one of many skyscrapers in a big city, and maybe some bats flying out of that glowing hole.. its up to you though.
i really like the dress. it looks like black water, and the smoke is really mysty too.
