So nice to find you here.
Gamingforce is not a good place to hang as it seems.
I like your speed paintings. The colour use is really fressh and bright. |

Dr. Monkey: Thankies!
Awetopsy: Heheh, thanks. *looks closer at Lady BlackJack* Hahaha, you know, there is a *slight* resemblance. I bet it's the lips that got ya, right?
Basement bound: Thankies! I'm glad you like them all!
ABetterReality: Thank you. ^_^ I appreciate it.
Leviron: Cool! You hang out at Gamingforce too? Not too sure here, but if you're hinting that I don't like the Gamingforce forums, you're terribly mistaken. :O I like that forum loads, heheh. Very nice people there. |

No I'm just saying it might seem like you'll get sick of it in a way.
I'm sick of their spamming ways. I'm Inspiron. |

Leviron: Oh, Inspiron! It's nice to see you on this forum too ... I'm sad to know that you've closed your thread over at Gamingforce. But I understand what you mean when you mentioned the issue of the only having the same people visit your thread over and over. It does get a little tiring, no? And that makes feedback monotonous after a while. |

Actually there is no feedback over there.
No one says anything bad about my stuff...its like they are scared or something. But since I got mad at them, some people have changed a little or just don't come back...I actually wanted to make everyone post practical feedback or post nothing at all...a bit futile in retrospect.
The start to finish forum is better but not for long...the spam is piling up like crazy again.
You know Vida Etrnal or something....Kevon really...his thread is huge and full of spam, people are starting to get sick of it. |

Leviron: Heheh, yes, I know what you mean. I suppose some people are afraid of getting flamed back for giving 'negative' critiques ... but it's pretty difficult to improve if one doesn't know what's wrong with their work, yah? I am starting to find it frustrating too that no one really gives a true critique of my work there.
I'm starting to understand what you mean by the spamming thing too. Seems like there's this 'whoever has the most post in their thread is the coolest' thing going on. Vida Eterna ... formerly known as DarkWakka? Wow, yeah, his thread is *huge*. |

I'm not really familiar about your style and I think its really nice...but it won't hurt to try new styles.
Your recent style is very bold and striking...which makes it very eye catching. Maybe some vector style drawings because its still bold and striking....and you could learn more about how simple marks can mean so much more. |

These are very nice pictures! My favorite has got to be the first one, the part about Jack and the beanstalk was interesting, made me want to know more. The second one was my least favorite, but I don't know why. Just keep up the style and coloring, it looks really good so far. Oh, and what program did you use to color? _________________ Stay Frosty!

Leviron: Thanks. ^^ I know exactly what ya mean ... sometimes I do get bored of using the same style all the time quickly, so my style tends to evolve a lot. Whether that's a good thing or not, I have no idea. Vector art ... hmm, that's a great suggestion! I haven't tried that yet, so perhaps I should. XD Simple marks? I'm not too sure what that means. ^^;;
Merystic: Thank you. ^^ I'm glad you liked the first one best, especially since it's an original character of mine! Hmmm, I am curious to know what it is you dislike about the second one ... you're the first person who's actually disliked it, hahah. I use both Painter and Photoshop, but if you're asking specifically for these art plugs, they were all done in Painter. I tweaked the third one in Photoshop. |
