Download mp3 (1MB)
Kinda empty right now, yet funky.
Giant Hamster must agree.

It's good sh*t. Yours has more space.. everything is filled up, something i'm trying t do myself eheh. I need to use synths more.
Although i don't really go after electronic style, i go after garbage crap style :0
But yeah, it's long and interesting.. Maybe too interesting
I'm just learning, i dont really do music just yet.
[edit] Oh yeah i forgot. For the beats i usually cut them out of some random songs, so they sound jagged and crappy. I like crappy. |

Hey Shizo, Thank you.
I try to make the drums go wild with changing beats, I think it would work with the garbage style too, somthing like Beastie boys style.
thank you for listening.

Shizo: that track could go places, dawg. I think you could try doing more processing on your drums . . . maybe bake them all into one track and mess with EQs/compressors until you get something that sounds real thick and processed. It could maybe use a ride cymbal in there too . . . just something to add a little "ting ting ting ting" and keep it flowin'.
Mess with filters . . . get it all messy and low-fi . . . play dirty.
Keep it up, Shizzy. _________________ brian.prince|light.comp.paint |

Yeah, i've been so frustrated with that song.. At one point it was like tangled wires if you know what i mean.. Mostly because i used a guitar chord sample and it kept sounding wrong and going out of control, so i got rid of it for the most part. Now i just gotta figure out how to fatten up dat sh*t and add "space". Maybe some arpeggio or pad will do.And cow bell. That song can definately use more cow bell.. Explore the space!
Heh, i'll work on it when i get more time from work and post up the result or somethin. Remember, i even planned to rap to it a little bit, and i got a nice chorus line too.. heh. Bah whatever. Peacue out. |

Speaking of cowbell, I did THIS for a "songs that need more cowbell" thread at SA. |
