its pretty cool.. although I think there shoul be some warmer lighting, not just white lights.. but maybe a yellow or red light to create some warm highlights. |

nice man. Im into 3dsmax5 also (and maya). Very nice modelling but I would love to see it all dirty and full of scratches etc. Make it more realistic. And I would like too see more machanical parts around the treads. Either than that, it looks sweet. Good job. How long did it take to render? |

well well , it's nice. But would it take a beating easily ?
I mean it doesn't have the best weight ratio , the "larva feet" should be larger and cover the whole tank not just a part of it. It has to be sturdy if it's suppose to be in combat ? _________________ "Remember , the master has been an apprentice also." |

Timon - you have the same name as my Brother-inlaw! Anyway, the tank image looks VERY realistic in every spaect except one. The shadows are just too soft. Makes it seem realistic in some instances and fake in others. (depending on where you look.) _________________

this is what I meant, It needs some backlighing... a secondary lightsource..
the colors are great the way they are.. but the lighting needs to be more dynamic...
but then again, maybe Im just on drugs |
