ahhh, there's the kitty I was waiting for, love the cheshire cat. They all look great in their style, although i kinda feel like alice should have a knife or something
The first one doesn't look as well colored as the rest, mostly the shiney pants fault, but they're all good. |

after my extensive 'lurking' period i registered simply to respond to those pictures w/ my noobtastic opinions. . I friggin love that style kinda has that nightmare before christmas sorta feel to it my fav was the alice one

Its how all beginners painting starting on digital should paint light and shadow. Sadly thoughs of us that only got interested in painting by passing by the Sijun site have started with the Dodge&Burn-Smuge-sharpen turial that it provided. ( Still makin bad a$$ pic's cuz of it  )
Yes this was the first art site i ever visited!
ps. (u didnt use dodge&burn did u?)

Hi! I really like the interpretation on these well known characters. I dont believe I have ever seen anything quite like it. Excellent use of painter, BTW...sorry if you mentioned this earlier: were you useing "oils", or something else?

im not giving anything new, but still i had to say those are so great! i adore the style. besides the first one and alice, i think they are all awsome!! so simple and so much character. looks like something by synj.
