Considering the subject and the deformation, I dont think there will be any anatomy objections.
Nice work...disturbing but good nonetheless.

I supposse you refer to the breasts as anatomic flaws (the perspective should show part of the other breast, and the one shown shouldn't be in a profile view), but as it has been said it isn't even noticeable, as the atmosphere is really well achieved.
Scary, but really nice!
