I've read about 15 books on anatomy, made some copies, tried to understand the way muscles and bones work.. But I seem to be stucked in my process.

So, have any of you some advises of how I can learn anatomy? And some good and easy books?

How is it learned at artschools?

The plastic anatomy - what is that? How does it look like? Could you make a couple of scans and post or email them to me?
