Queen of kashmir ("Kashmir" a valley in india neer mount avrest ) such girls are found there.

Well there are few talented artist who work in realism style and i guess still i cannot achive that.. but i just love doing something in ps, this pic took me around three days i painted it using mouse without any refrence or copy i had one thing in my mind that the girl have bigger chin looks smart so i wanted to visuallise such face with fantasy looks...I did a very light backgournd texture in it because adding a too much background will kill the darkness..

may i suggest someting?

from what i see, you are lack of observation!
you spend alot of time on the clothing, especially the fur, but do u know that the face isn't complete? her face look flat. thats because you dont have much idea how a human face looks like. try to observe the human facial structure whenever and wherever you can.

and realism will natually occur if you can fully understand how a face looks like.
