Hey wassup !
Thought I could post some stuff. This is for a project we are working on at the moment. A totally different style than I usually do, it's something for young girls....and the style is more cute and glossy than I've done before. But, I like changing styles, so it was fun. Guess not many here will like it though...but anyway hope you like...

here's a cover

and a couple of backgrounds...

Wow, this is so clean... I like in particular the almost surreal feeling in the first one, created by the color palette and perspective made by the clouds.. enough mumbo-jumbo, really proffessional, me likes.!

great work as always, but special i like the second one; i know such places and it looks in a way really real.(the placement of trees, buildings and and so on) - great work!

Sweet Smile

Only crit would be that I don't want to look at the girl's face, only the horseface. But looks like it's for a horsey themed thing, so she probably isn't as important anyways. Nicely economically modelled horse. Sweet Very Happy

Trees and foliage are very difficult to do . I like your approach to them. Textured and yet soft at the same time. It works well with the character design and reminds me a little bit of Totoro.

It looks like the medium you've chosen to stylize is a cross between acrylic and watercolour technique.

Was this your intention?

Love them all! Would be great if you could do the second one up (or post a higher res version) so that I could use it as my wallpaper - it's really really soothing for some reason. Smile

allfiction, thank you
[666]flat, thx. Glad you see a resemblence from that as well.
giant hamster, hehe disney'ish, nice compliment...applying for a job there...not in a million years Smile
awetopsy, thx. No, no 3d, just photoshop scribbeling
fredrik, thanks
matthew, thank you. Don't feel like a magicion though Smile
desmozgenes, thank you.
burnout, hehe. mucho gracias
jtbrack, very nice compliment, thanks a lot !
shamhead, thank you. Well different, for me atleast.
eboy, thank you. Yup, agree, switching styles are healthy, as well as more fun too.
binke, thx .Camel toe ?? If you see one, maybe there's one there, hehe.
duracel, thank you.
max kulich, thx !
torstein, thank you. Actually, I don't mind the horse face is in focus, it's a horse game for girls, so it all about horses, hehe. economically modelled, do you mean the drawing or have you seen the 3d model for the game, hehe.
frost, yeah still alive an kicking, how about you ? ....thx btw. and happy holidays to you too.
bluetraveller, thx. What medium, I don't know really, haven't thought much about that. Wanted it to look disneyish, clean areas of colors istead of lots of details. I guess you can paint this style with pretty much whatever medium, just the outcome will be a bit different.
shiro_tengu, thank you !
cuddly, thanks. Oh higher res, eh, would have, but don't have it by my side at the moment. I'll see what I can do.
mrluisdiaz, thank you.
ragnarok, that I said to mrdiaz Wink

Btw, here's some more junk. SOme of these are concept art as well, so less thoguht through in the style, etc...

Wow! This is amazing, you keep the same atmosphere and everything in these latest pictures. Do you use the same colors? I mean do you choose a couple of colors and then stick to them?

keep it up and Merry Christmas
