Could four days take any longer to pass? I mean in all seriousness why isn't this movie out today? Perhaps even yesterday... actually why isn't their a DVD boxset of all three out right now?
Four more days... just four more days...

I think the biggest trick pulled by the whole recent Lord of the Rings craze was getting use to believe that it's the greatest movie ever, 8 months AFTER it was released. _________________ QED, sort of. |

Hah... Impalers quote reminded me of the greatest movie ever... The Usual Suspects...
Anywho I really liked the Fellowship of the Ring, maybe it's cause I read the books, maybe not. I really enjoyed Fellowship and the Extended Edition even more. So I guess it's more that it reminded me how much I loved the movie, than changing my opinion of the first . |

This one better not be like the last one--a film summary of the book. I don't even care if Jackson takes whatever artistic license he wants to make the films more interesting than the books. I mean, can you imagine if he had followed the first book faithfully?
We'd get a movie with a lot of hobbits singing all the time.
*shudders*
And a good call he made to make Arwen more prominent. Tolkien has some kind of phobia when it comes to writing about females. |

Hehe. Right. That is why I never liked MickeyMouse. A singing and dancing mouse on TV. Great... Thats not funny, thats just boring. I hated it... |
