I like all of them, expect the GIJoe one, it doesn't look nearly as well down as the others. hmm, its too incomplete looking with its fuzzy strokes. think it needs to be worked on a bit longer.

I see in U`re works an academic-technic. I`m FinalArt student and I see the academic quality. U`re very good - I must admit, but there is no "YOU" in it. But it`s only my opnion.

wow. I see a lot of progress

On the g.i joe one : the logo is pretty good, and the font selections are okay, but the illustration and the layout are both somewhat weak, especially the cover. Black bg doesn't suit the clean colors of the logo at all - try a white background. Really, if you're not all bored with the thing, redo the cover, go for something more dramatic and dynamically laid out, clean preferably. The other stuff shows you could do far better.
