This is my ode to the Fire fighters that fought the 2002 NSW fires for so long. Their dedication saved many homes and lives. 3 cheers 
Used a reference for this pic...decided to try blocking out colours first instead of sketching image to paint...might I say i think it turned out rather well..if not amaturish...still..gotta start somewhere..

i like the perspective :) And well, those fire-pics always have their own special dangerous charm.
