nope, it�s quite good for a first. He is a little crosseyed though Laughing and the mouth doesn�t quite seem like his.

Nice work... Take yourself more time Smile I think the Hand is a little bit unfinished, would need more shadow/light.
Why not try and outline the face with a light gray tone? It would imho give the portrait more depth...
