Hello there,
2nd post on the forum, and 3rd digital painting BTW. I didn't had that much time for this work and it's not finished.
greeny girl
Nevertheless, i would love to get some C&C. I'm not happy with the composition at all, but I just wanted to try some " realistic" painting with my new friend wacom I focused on the face, actually. i think that i messed up the strengh of lines because of that. I probably have to be more agressive with my pen, use less time on little details to render a sweet skin try to make something more special. As usual i check Craig Mulin's work and say " yes man, being good as him is not render reality like a picture, but more like using 2 lines to recreat it" ... But the best way to learn is probably to practice, nope? personnaly im happy with the nech part, wich still seems too " static" and 3d like painting. I also wanted to try some texturing and did it on the skirt and a few other parts
BTW i'm really not into "gotic" art, and i'm afraid this artwork looks a little too much dark. Gah, i promess the next one will be lighter, with real background etc ![Very Happy](images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif) |

Just letting you know, I was singing along to some Ben Folds Five when I clicked that link, and I literally stopped singing and held a pose with my mouth open when I saw the picture. _________________ Eric's Website - Eric's Sketchbook |
