Hi,
I believe I may have possibly found a rip of one of Feng Zhu's concept designs.
The web address under scrutiny is: http://www.3dluvr.com/necro/latestwork/latestwork.htm
http://www.3dluvr.com/necro/latestwork/DROIDFINALHDRITEXTURE2.jpg
That droid looks particularily familiar... and as I remember it is a Feng Zhu design.
I say this because I can't find any credit to him, and I don't think he would have let anyone do it anyway. Problem is I can't get in contact with Feng Zhu. so I'm asking that if anybody can, would they please pass this by his attention. |

Heard a rumour that 'our' dear Feng will be working on Mr. Lucas' next installment of Car Hores... That would be nice. ![Smile](images/smiles/icon_smile.gif) _________________ Trust in Trance |

LOL, I just read a similar announcement on eatpoo. Perhaps "Vortx" will take time out to tell us a bit about it.
As for the link, yup, it's a rip. But all creds to the guy, he's done quite a good job modelling it. A little "based on a design by Feng Zhu" wouldn't go amiss. |

That render of a droid looks so much like fengs drawing that I don't think it's a rip off, more like an interpretation (dahmn I've learned some new words haha)I hope he asked feng to do it, If I would rip off I would change at least something, this one even has the same angle... |

Well, I know in the FAQs of Feng's site (which now seems to be gone?) he was allowing people to model his concept drawings as long as it wasn't for commercial use. |

if you remember A WHILE back someone did a render of his tank on Sijun... I do believe it's ok with him so long as it's strictly personal... BUT I would think that credit should be posted... |
