EEW good job guys rofl u know whats hularious i have some friend who thinks its art, he's like "uuh here in quebec alot of professionals use filters" I dunno  The way he did his stuff was urmm well.. took a photo of something and applyed water ripple, made a by "xxxx" on bottom, dated it and then showed me "look at my art" i laughed

all depends on what kind of things he catched on the foto, how did he catched it, how he applied the water ripple, why he applied the water ripple...All kind of things that the ones with no sensible artistic point of view cannot see.
btw i didnt see it, he maybe made some shit art...but its so...subjective...
For example when i see a gigamekarobot painted, even if it is very eyecatching and technically impressive, i find it so booooooring.But yes even a robotmekabigass is art, visual art. Not artistically interesting for me, thats all(maybe not young enough).And of course some could make a robotpicture that i could find interesting (all depends of the compo).
The "human" creative process is whats make something called "art" (in visual, audio..) . No matter if it is good or bad for you.
The most complex things to create show more the "work" than the "art".
Big amount of technical work could bring to interesting art , or not.Very simple or "minimal" works could bring to highly interesting art too, ...or not.
