I think Dhab already mentioned this before. He said it was "Sigh-June" if I remember correctly.
But I think his Chinese is limited, as this was the Chinese name his grandmother gave him(or something like that). So, if I were to correct his Chinese(Mandarin, I'm assuming), I'd say it's more like "Sss-Jueen" The "Sss" is like a looong S. |

your second one there is more accurate...though i dont remember saying it.....(i might have) the whole sigh-june thing was prolly just how i've heard it most. the actual "pin-yin" for it is: Shi J�n....but since my bad chinese accent is more of a taiwanese chinese accent....i dropped the "Shi" for a "Si"

if its a direct translation from 'han yu pin yin'(literally chinese/han-language pronunciation), then the si should be like...shit, there's no english equivilant? grrr, just sssss, anyway, the jun would be like 'gene', yea, almost exactly the same

si (ssss) in direct translation would mean "knight" or something right IIRC? its one of the pieces in chinese checkers/chess. i dont know the other word haha. |

yea, its not a knight, the knight is 'horse' or 'ma', the shi is... like a guard for the general, there're 2 pieces, one on each side of the general(or king)
