Hmm I like the overall look of the image but there is something wrong with the eyes the look very distorted and maybe the cables should be more integrated in the face... I don't know they look like they don't belong in the pic.
Or maybe you a should crop the leftmost quarter of the image, I think it looks better that way.
Anyway those were just some newbie comments, so I might be wrong

SkIMMer - u r right the eyes have a problem .. i take
this face in poser ... and i dont like of it
eheh .. but i dont have no one realpicture to put
