CHICAGOIn a report with dire implications for the intellectual future of America, a University of Chicago study revealed Monday that the nation's uneducated are breeding twice as soon and twice as often as those with university diplomas. "The average member of the American underclass spawns at age 15, compared to age 30 for the average college-educated professional," study leader Kenneth Stalls said. "America's intellectual elite, as a result, is badly losing the genetic marathon, with two generations of dullards born for every one generation of cultured literates." Added Stalls: "At this rate, by the year 2100 there will be five smart people on Earth, swallowed whole by more than 12 billion mouth-breathers incapable of understanding the binary exponentiation that swamped the Earth with their like." High-school dropout Mandi Drucker, 16, said of the findings, "All I know is, we're in love." |

We be rollin' wid ma n*ggaz... on de BUS, so take that last. And i be f*ckin' em hoes, and f*ckin' em n*ggaz cause i got mo gunz, mo hoes, and sh*t! So get the f*ck outta here, n*gga.
Seriously though, you might read that in newspaper but here in the ghetto it is most rellevant. For example on my bus there was a girl i saw in highschool last year (when i graduated) and now she has a child.. but she looks 15 or something! LOL!
And actually today i also saw another girls from school that was holding a newborn :0
But hey.. it's just another problem, just like software piracy is.
Everything is wrong! |

maybe its the immigrant issue? HOLD THE FLAME I"M A FORREIGNER FROM A 3RD WORLD COUNTRY.
Okay, here's somehting i dont understand about the immigrantion law from countries around the world. FROM WHAT I"VE READ (I could be wrong) if a foreigner marry to a US person American passport, the foreigner would get a passport, even if he has no education, no jobs, no speak english.
But if a person with a PHD/Masters...etc, speak English well, no criminal records CANNOT get a US Passport, even if he did, it would take him over 5 years to MAYBE get it.
THIS DOESNT MAKE SENSE TO ME. PLEASE PROVE THAT I"M WRONG. I HOPE I"M WRONG. _________________ Join Roundeye's secret art forum. SHHHHHHHHHHH! |

I can prove by your spelling and grammar that you too will be launched into the Sun.
America is a romantic Country. We adhere to the idea that Love is stronger then education and societal prosperity. Therefor we encourage illiterates to marry into the Country.

I'm pretty sure it's been that way for quite a while, in fact. Birth control has always been less accessible to those in the lower income brackets (who also tend to occupy the lower rungs of the educational ladder). Women have been having big litters of children from time immemorial. I remember my mother going on about the lady on the bus with the nine nippers round her heels when I was only four or five...and I'm sure HER mother was on about it too, right after the war when everyone started squatting 'em out.
Hey, they can't ALL be stupid...right? _________________ Dignity isn't important. It's everything.

Pseudo elitist drivel. And in the meantime, those average college-educated professionals are not trying to solve anything but panic. and wail. ![Rolling Eyes](images/smiles/icon_rolleyes.gif) |

because stupid people have connections. This means they can get away with cheating in elections because their brother is the governor of Florida. _________________ ~Gio

To answer your question, Dr. Bang, if a foreigner marries a US citizen, they automatically become a naturalized citizen (as if they'd lived in the country for seven years, I think).
Someone with a PHD could do the same thing and become a citizen just as fast, but they can also choose to live here for a while and pass the citizenship tests. I don't imagine it's all that hard to get a visa to visit.
It's all the same for everyone, just marrying in is the quickest way.

Everyone knows nerds can't get laid. No surprises there.
As for idiots reproducing: Thank goodness for that biological tendency known as "Regession Towards the Mean".
The real revelation of this study isn't that there are a majority of stupid people out there breeding rapidly, but rather there are a substantial minority of people who are college educated professionals who consider themselves (and are themselves considered) our nation's intellectual elite. Since when did getting a diploma ever bestow that honor?

bigoted pseudo-science doesn't mean anything about the future of the world. all it means is that you are *comment cheerfully withdrawn due to inappropriate content*

okay here's the way it works for immigration because i'm working on that right now.
Basically yes marrying is the fastest way but it's still dead slow. I got married in August 2001, applied 3 times and got my papers sent back to me 3 times because they were missing some info on me (oh and of course it takes them 2 months to figure out that my papers have something missing _each time_ AND of course they forget to mention what else i forgot to fill in _each time_) after which i hired a lawyer and got it done in an afternoon. Yeah that's right.
Then from there, i have to wait almost 2 years to get approved for *Permanent Residency*. What this means is that I then have every right any american has except 1)no voting 2) no jobs in public offices assuming of course that by then, I'm still actually married. If I'm not, they'll take great pleasure in giving me the boot.
After i get my permanent residency i can apply for citizenship and a few years later (5 years i think) i get approved (or rejected) for citizenship _after_ passing citizenship tests about American history etc.
If you have a Phd, then you find an employer who wants you, apply for a permit to work, get it 6 months later and from there i'm not sure... i assume that you'd have to have been working there for a while before applying for permanent residency, then apply for citizenship etc.
Easier if you get married? I'm not so sure anymore...
