Yeah! Beautiful!
Just some questions that haven't been answered yet ... don't know if that fits here...
- Will I be able to delete my own threads/posts?
- Is the input box for reply-topics there to stay?
- Why is the username shown in an input box in the profile?
And I just noticed...I can't edit my old posts
(noticed that announcement too late , would love to delete the other post now ) _________________ http://www.conceptworld.org

If you do allow for avatars, make them small please. Like, quite small.
Also, I dunno if you can fix this or not Dhab, but the people that enter their URLs in their profile without the HTTP://, have their homepages linked to http://www.sijun.com/www.theirhomepage.com, and obviously result in unresolved links. |

I noticed there was an option to post a Sticky and an Announcement
Shouldnt only mods have these options, im not sure if it works, dont wanna make a bogus announcement and whatnot. Just letting you know. |

I think the changes were not necessary, but okay, you've done it and it looks cool. But you know what changes I'd really enjoy and love ... more stuff like the "draw club", I only know this since you started on in september '02 but it's a cool idea and I think it should be done more often. I would help you, but okay, I'm a new member and you got your senior members who you prefer to help you, but if you still want to someone -> I'm free for everything
Oh yeah the only thing I have to critize: the "Topic review" window when you post a reply: the posts are shown from the newest to the oldest, and not from the oldest to the newest like in the main board, I personally prefer to view it like it is in the main board, maybe I'm not the only one?!?! _________________ Due the lack of interest tomorrow will be canceled. |

Hmmmm...dunno if this an error or if it something with my settings.
When I enter the Gallery Finished Work I can only see the old posts, no new ones. The posts are from 30/10 but for some reason I can see that the last Post was posted 05/11??
I hope you understood what I meant.

Believe it or not, I've grown very fond of avatars. I used to be indifferent, but now I'm so used to them that I think they really add the feel of a "virtual community." As long as we restrict them to a certain size, they shouldn't be a problem at all. |

I agree. ( again)
In other forums where Avatars have been around awhile you find yourself recognizing someones Avatar before you even see their name. Its easy to skim through the thread if you are looking for ones particular comment.
Its always a big hoo haa when someone changes their avatar, Its like getting plastic surgery. ALways takes someone forever to recognize your post.

not interesting this new feature.
there are no avatar (not dramatic, but it'd be cool).
disappointing indeed, it looks more like a WinXp theme or a MSN like. grrrr...
old forum was better
ps: not update yet! arf |

Hmn, some of the threads appear to be in reversed order for the first three posts or so. Might be just old threads carried over.
Anyway, avatars might be nice. Like lunatique, I was a big critic of them, but I kinda like them now. Just put limits on stupid avatar sizes. |

Dhabih:
There seems to be a little problem with the HTML code, although I can't work out the cause. When viewing a thread with images (in the Gallery forum for example), it makes the tables wider than it needs to.
The effect of this is that a lot of theads in the Gallery forum end up with a horizontal scrollbar, and the need to scroll across to read the text. But when looking at the content of the page, there's no reason why it needs to go so wide.
In most of these cases, the content of the threads should fit onto a screen without any problem. So there's something forcing the tables unnaturally wide somewhere. _________________ Art Links Archive -- Artists and Tutorials |

Dhab... if avatars are allowed, how about not only making them small, but also making them .JPG only, so that no animated .GIFs get in? Some people put these huge-ass animations into their avatars which can bog things down. There's one guy over at poo who's avatar brings your browser to a screeching halt. _________________ -blind |

wierd, it seems to do it on my home machine, but at work...with the same version of IE it doesnt make it wide like that.
ill look into it more. _________________ http://www.sijun.com/ |
