In games it has to be my EverQuest Character.
She's a lvl 10 High Elf Paladin with a big sword and/or axe and wears black leather.
In comics it has to be Angela from Spawn.

Ooh, tough call...
In comics I'd say probably Deunan Knute from Shirow's Appleseed series. I like a girl who is independent and knows how to handle herself physically (ie. beat the living bejesus out of somebody).
I also like Chizu from Stan Sakai's "Usagi Yojimbo"-series, as well as Kabuki from Mack... Oh, and Shi as well!
Hmm,notice some tendency here?

Ach, and of course Rally Vincent from "Gunsmith Cats!" and Kei and Yuri from "Dirty Pair" and all the gals of Gen-13 and-
