I did this overnight for this game called 'Arms of Enchantment' which is still under developement. I just want your thoughts about my layout/graphics and how i can improve it! Thanks Guys.

I think the layout is great, was just wondering one thing: Is it gonna be a website or a menu in the game?

It would be cool to see the characters in the top right textured.
The layout and the colors are great.

In my humble opinion, I think it would be sweet as Hell if you created your own banner for the web-page, as well as for the "News" column. Photoshop filters such as the ones you are using for the text are starting to go the way of the lense flare. They kinda cheapen the very clean and fantastically simple layout that you've created.

If I were to do it, I'd find myself a nice, bold font. From there I'd proceed to fill the font up with a self-made texture that relates to what your sit is about. By all means, I would possibly use filters, but I wouldn't make it so obvious as with the "News" banner. It would be REALLY hot to see you put your own artistic tinge to the site!

As for the site itself, like I said, a great, simple layout. Keep it up!

you have like 8 colours. Cut it down to like 4 max,

they are too dull, and oversaturated.

go have a look at some reallt cool websites, see what colours they use and how the encorpirate them.

That font, is waaay to cliche'd, i dont know what i can suggest instead, but ditch it. get rid of the glow on news maby just a simple drop shadow.


anyway, you have the skill you've got a good base to work from, now go do it

Thanks for the replay Matt. We dont have those characters textured yet but when they do it'll replace the plain guys. This is for the website, But i will also be working on the GUI we already got sveral designs also i nice compas i might post up. Anyway thanks agian
