Since it's up at Marvel.com, I can post it now.
I don't usually do this, but I'm really happy with the way this one turned out so I thought I'd share. The orignal pencils were done by Pat Olliffe and inked by Al Williamson. I underpainted it and got rid of the original lineart. so here we go. On sale in January.

There R perspective issues (the face ain't lined up with the costume-head), but your rendering style is pretty neato, I especially dig teh eye. |

indeedy. i think i should have underpainted the whole face first before blocking in the costume. i realized that after i sent in the final comp, but it was too late
maybe i'll try another one for myself. |

-the anatomy of the head looks not like a girls one
mmh, its only my opinion ;-)) |

yeah, you're right about the head anatomy. i wish i could have changed that as well, but i don't think the penciler would have appreciated that. still trying to figure out how far i can push things with these covers. they can be really picky. |

hmmm... on second thought, maybe i'm not so happy with how this one turned out. the criticisms are spot on though. |
