thaaaaaaaat loads sooo sloooooooow.
I nearly fell asleep till it loaded.
Try using gifs instead of jpgs. For Greyscale they are much better (in size).
And I hate that it wants to have my whole screen for itself.
Does not look bad however.. just a bit empty.

Not bad, I am a bit particular about websites that alter my browser in any form though. It does load a bit slow, even on a cable modem so it is likely that the provider doesn't have the bandwidth or server power to quickly dish out web pages. Generally it is a no-no to fill the entire screen eliminating the browser's navigation bars, but that is because many people don't know how to alt-tab between windows. I'd suggest putting a warning on the splash page if you intend on keeping the full screen effect.
