This is my first piece in months since i've been confined to using the computer in work hours only because of my ever-growing RSI problems.
Tranquil ( a welcome change )
But anyway, I think I was getting a little annoyed with myself at not being able to do any art that wasn't angry, so tried to really give it a go, and it turned out just as I hoped. Hope you like it And if you dont, then its only really my opinion that counts. hehe. |

I don't think you need those two sharp lines at the bottom and the top - less opacity, I guess. Also: The shadow produced by the leaves shouldn't be so dark (thin material). Otherwise great pic - very inspirering! |

I like the idea and I agree with thor64 about the two lines. This is just an opinion, but I think it would look neater if you cropped the right side by say 33%.. This would make the silouette offset. Gives it a more dynamic feel 'cause the audiences eyes must move towards the lower right corner.. When it's centralized, the audience doesn't have to focus anywhere else.. Anyway, just my 2 cents. |

The glow on the floor and ceiling are thre to give it a slightly odd surreal feeling. And realisticly, the leaves would not show up at all virtually, and that would be boring, so i made the shadow stand out more on purpose.

Pretty much all my previous art is offset, and the meaning of this piece was to basicly go against everything i had ever done before, hence the symmetry and centralisation. |
