Hello all!
Im sort of getting used to my new wacom and today I finished my first ever portrait on a wacom.I used a photo of my girlfriend as a reference.
Its only Black n white becuase I dont have the skill to color yet... Im developing shading and light atm.
Please C&C if u have som spare time. 
And help me how to improve. Ive gotten help already at these forums and I value them very greatly.  (Thank you Max Kulich, nilpferd, zak and AndyT for the help and feedback!)

looks nice...i'd give the background a bit more...maybe shade it from a a darker to lighter tone to make the subject pop some more, and maybe some detail on the clothing, its a bit flat right now
the shading you've got goin is nice, i'd push your values a bit more, bring out some more light tones and in some regions push it a little darker |
