Nice job!
Just a few things. The Bottom of her chin, on the left hand side, looks like there was a mistake made with applying the deepst shadow, there's a part where it looks a little ragged.
Also, the hair looks fantastic, nice, clean and sharp, I think you should sharpen up the face to match the impeccable detail that you've worked into the hair. As of now, it looks a little blurry. Clean, but blurry (I guess that's because of your airbrush technique). Although I'm no guru of digital painting myself, I've had some experience in doing portraits. I think you're off to a great start, but the face area needs just a little bit more work and it'll pay off in a big way.

.i'll only comment on the technical aspects..
first of all, the hair is really outstanding.
the clothes are very nice as well.. , but the face needs some work.
the perspective seems too be incorrect considering where her shoulders are (sure, it's not impossible to turn your head that way, but it feels incorrect somehow),
the face is overall to flat and blurred..
also compared to the hair it's to clean for my taste.
..and considering this is a night-scene the lighting shouldn't be so frontal..
you sure have talent.. just work on it a bit more especially the face... and the mouth
maybe i can find the time to make an overpaint later... |

Hey I like the hair but thats like it :/ You need to do a lot of work on the head, her eyes seem out of place i dont know.. her nose needs more definition her mouth... OH GOD! WHATS WITH THOSE TEETH! Draw them proprely.. she is not an old woman :/ Her chin is all bumpy :/ Her face looks too fat like she is a pro boxer who got a few hits seriously considering the cape.. And speaking of the cape if you could make it a bit glossy or something, hmm add a better texture feel.. it looks just.. painted :/ The hair is great though. Also the nose earing or whatever those are called now a days, indian woman wear those but its more of an american trend now a days :/ Its almost a racist image i dunno LOL Sorry i sound so weird :X Calling it just 'refugee' but then with the anomalies heh. Overall good start on it. Oh one last thing her eye lashes are almost non-existant :/ Also she looks like she is in a cave.. wtf? o_O This better not be another racist afghan joke :/

Hey. thanks for GREAT CC's. I will concider them all when fixing her up.
Sorry for turning this into a wip thread :|
Anyhow. I will fix her shading, and make her face in same level of detail as her hair.
Gigatron:
No its no joke, i just wanted to draw this wonderful child. Her teeths was drawn like they are because i saw a photo on a girl having them like so.. i liked it
Ok. perhaps bad of me calling it refugee, but it is what i wanted it to look like. A happy refugee child.
Anyway. thanks for all comments.
I appreciate it.
Anything else that i need to fix.. pls yell it out
Sincerely
