I agree with Frost.
1hr from reference photo.
I need to learn texture tricks so I don't have to paint every hair on the tail or every chunk of bark. |

NeFF, Bang> thanx for the support guyz
Frost> me blush. thanx a lot for signing my guestbook btw
Oblagon > nice one, but i still prefer your older pics. it's nice to see you experimenting with new techs, but don't loose that furious stroke you naturally have.

Not sure if its a completed work, but it was done in about 10-20 minutes. The longest part was all the smudging...*grins*

hmm glad you liked the last WC. I did not like it much. That's one of the cool things about posting here- you realize how subjective things really are.
Oblagon- I like the older work better too. Do you know of Francis Bacon? Look him up if you don't.
With apologies to Syd,

Hehe, something like "hidden industry" would be nice, but for the demon guy, a foggy-background will fit perfectly |

Oblagon,
I tried to find some of your earlier quick sketches but they don't seem to be available - broken links... Are they available somewhere?
BTW... Bacon was one of my student inspires... here's an oil I did in the 70's... maybe even the 60's
Sort of a quick sketch... it didn't take very long to paint...
