based on same mesh as earlier vampirella & rockette figures, zeebra was modelled in lightwave, rigged & posed in poser, textured with uvmapper, rendered in bryce, with postwork in photoshop

I know nothing of 3d art, technically speaking, so I cannot comment on that.
However, I wanted to point out that I think this is a gorgeous peice of work. |

If you really want to get into 3D art and animation then stop wasting your time with poser and bryce and learn how to use 3DMax, Maya, Milkshape and similar programs. If you are like me and you don't care about 3D art then stick to those but at least learn about boolean objects etc, don't just use the pre-made stuff and add pre-made textures to it, otherwise it's just like a collage or making a painting sticking other people's draings on a canvas.
Not a flame, just good advice, most people I know who discover Bryce and Poser (Like me) get stuck with them, and some others even worse because they don't even learn how to work the program completely, personally I love both, I know how to use them rather well and I don't care about learning the others because it's not my line of work nor my kind of thing, I love them because they are so easy to use |

...Poser...Bryce...suckage...as FFNeX said, if you are serious, start something like 3dsmax, maya, whatnot. Dont want to discourage you, but Poser stuff is for people who wish there was an *Art* Button in Photoshop... |
