Nicodemus: There should a finished animation. this is a project for my class so unless i want to fail it, i better finish this cartoon. However this rotating wireframe is just a warmup exercise, the main idea of the project is to make a 30-40 second cartoon, based on a song. so she will be riding down the hill with AC/DC blasting their "You shook me all night long"

renton: thanks

Basement bound : yeah sorry about x's i ran out of bandwidth on netfirms since i posted this on three different forums... those geocities links should help out a bit, hope they wont overload geocities as well

Arc][Pello : wish i had any tips for you
but this is my first animation class as well. I have no idea where this class will take me. so far its pretty cool, our prof gave us a lot of useful info on the whole production cycle of an animated film, but thats pretty much it. having basic drawing skills does help a lot, thats pretty much all the noob wisdom i have so far

UPDATE:

First things first... I'm sorry for the quality of this animation, but I decided to simulated our colleges animations workstation, and what i basically did was to mount a web cam in a fixed position and to just place each frame under it and take a picture, it takes A LOT LESS time to take pictures this way (since for animation i get a lot of frames) than to scan each separate sheet of paper on my scanner. of course the quality would be superb on the scanner, but in my case I'm in better position while sacrificing quality over time. With this web cam "thing" on my desk, I can actually draw most of my animation project at home, and test it at home WOOHOO. so anyways, here is the final rotation animation, finished and done.

P.S. Since i'm posting this again, on three different forums, there is a good chance that i'll run out of bandwidth on Geocities and Netfirms. so sorry if you get red X... try tomorrow.
