I just finished this up.

Took me about 2 1/2 weeks to do. My only grudges are that Flash MX, and all past versions, sucks for voice sinking. Watch it at least twice and you see the sinking will change a little and sometimes will be real off in some spots. I'm not sure why either. Let me know what you think.

Also unable to connect... however, regarding your audio synching, (assuming it's Macromedia's development engine) if the Flash audio is set to STREAMING rather than EVENT, then the synch should be the same and exact on all machines.
On slower cpu's the animation will loose some frames because STREAMING audio throws away frames if the video cannot display as fast as the audio plays... It can be frustrating on slower machines, but the synch will be exact.
When set for EVENT audio, no frames will be lost, but every cpu will play the audio at different speeds in relation tot he video...
