yah. i hate those transitions. they honestly are very ugly. don't clutter up your work like that - simplicity rules

Get rid of the effects between sites, animations durring navigation is very, very, very annoying to anyone trying to look at your stuff in as short amount of time as possible (which is anyone trying to hire you) good first impressions are a must.
