Had fun with this totally meaningless piece of work. It was originally started for Dhahib's Sept. Draw Club...
Photoshop 7 and a Wacom tablet...
Detail
added a poster version...

Nice picture. I like the concept of it. Very cute
The lack of contrast on all but the grates on the left is a little distracting and there seems to be a double hand hiding under the dragon's palm. I think that a cast shadow on the ground would look good. I think that the detail shot by itself is a great work of art, because it shows the essential meaning of your so called "meaningless" picture with more focus.
good stuff |

Sure is some nice rendering. I think its pretty funny too. I like the dragons expression in the detail shot. I tend to agree with Novacaptain on his points. I guess I find the way the dragon is holding the "flosser" seems a little awkward to me. I guess open hand palm up and her standing on the hand would be my preference, but what the heck, it works She sure has a nasty job, this would not be your standard twice daily 5 minute jobs, now would it! Anyway, great painting all around. |

oh doh! i was looking at this on my brother's pc which, because of his gameplaying tricks has the brightness turned up to the "atomic vaporization of eyes" setting. The grate still looks a little distracting though, but no need for the cast shadow on the ground. |

Novacaptain... yea... don't know how that extra palm got in there... I've taken care of it.
cptoonz... thanks. I flopped back and forth on the palm/holding position for the hand and finally decided on the holding position. It doesn't make as much sense, but I liked the idea of the beast holding the lady like a popsicle...
Hoodz... Thanks |

I like it. Nice skin texture... But I would play a bit with shading... Deeper shadows on the skin would make it more round... More shapeful. |
