I don't know man, that might be a little deep for a shirt. The one thing I would change is the peace sign I would make it like a patch rather like it was printed on. You know what I mean?

I liked your last one better
You actually mean this is going to be printed on a shirt? Good luck if so.
You might want to make the colors more interesting with the dodge/burn tools. Your simple approach doesn't work well here IMHO! I tried something but ... well ...

Don't know what to do about the peace sign

the higher complexity in the lighting looks a lot better IMO. The peace sign could be a pin-on button too. The text is a little hard to read, try making it white or even RED instead of black...i hadn't noticed it until andy made his version of it.

I'm relying on what Jabo said about the amsterdam shirt design

I think it's pretty cool, but technically, there're just to many colors / tones in it! Printing t-shirts with this amount of tones will be very difficult and expensive!

I don't really know about that stuff I admit!
Hmmm the simple approach ... the way you added shadow and light areas in the amsterdam shirt design was perfect there but i think it doesn't go with the military pattern in the new one. You should try to achieve a more complex lighting.
Btw. what program are you working in?
...
oder soll ich deutsch reden?

kannst ruhig eng reden :P dann verstehts jeder

-------------------------------

i work with ps and now i understand what you mean. sounds logic, that all this army stuff does not work whith the simple lightning.
and well, i got the amsterdam shirt printed. and i think it is not that bad, of cource there are some colors you dont see on the shirt, so you see only 3 brown tones onstead of 4.

but i must say i like it somehow (the new one)

but i will keep on the work, perhaps i can change a bit to make it look better
