Here's some concept work I did for my book. I was just sketching, but it came out good so I decided to ink and color it.

I like it alot.
Though I have a littel suggestion for you composition.
Let the poor scared guy have a lot of room above him. That would make him look more insignificant, more scared.
I made a quick remake of your image (hope you don't mind) to show you what I mean.



It could easely use more air above
