Feels very stiff, I dont know why exactly, but it does...
And I think the feet are screwed, but I wouldn't know, I suck... |

I think the reason why it still feels stiff is that despite the movement you have going vertically and horizontally, there is little depth to the figure here.
As a little exercise to try, draw that same pose, but with the arm pointing at an angle towards the picture plane. You'll have to expiriment to get the forshortening right, but it may help. |
