nice but need more work on hands (i guess... might be wrong...) do more hand gesture drawings and you will be great (don't listen what I just said...)

The neck break down because it does not look like it has mass twisted at that angel , agree about the hands I would really just say they nee to be larger and a little more centerd compared the wrist . Also look at the size of the bat when it reaches his neck and when it pops out on the other side , small desrepencies like that stand out to the eye so you need to make sure they line up and look correct . I think you could have a really cool style if you take care of some of the minor details in you work ....keep it up

I like it alot. The baseball seems like it's kinda curving 'around' behind him. I think it's the same as what themagicpen mentioned. Looking really neat though.

The head reminds me exactly of a piece of art done by Hyung-Tae Kim for Magna Carta. Nice.
