Hello
I have been visiting this forum for three month now.
I read all the interesting threads and saw the incredible artworks you guys made.
I decided to make some digitalart by myself.
I have to say that I am not a newbie in art.
I've been drawing since I can remember.
But I've much to learn about digitalart.
I'm sure you can halp me...
Alright, that's one of my first digital pictures.
Wacom Tablet and Photoshop
I would be happy If you gave me some feedback.
I will learn from my mistakes so please point them out.
Thank you very much in advance.

I like it...
My only crit is that the trunk-like shapes are all so similar. Perhaps that is the way you want it - like Easter Island heads - but I think the picture would be more interesting if there were differences in those shapes... perhaps even some branches.
...good job though. Very interesting picture. |

Was the picture by any chance inspired by the Standing Stones from Undying?
What were your thoughts behind the picture...

It's a very good picture. Maybe it's just my eyesight getting worse, but is that the photoshop 7 grass brush? Looks a lot like it, especially around the stones. I'm starting to get bored of it Just my personal taste though. Please do tell me if I'm wrong.
I've got no crits about the picture besides what's been mentioned. I like the lowsaturated blueish hue of the picture a lot. Hehe, reminds me of the Diablo 2 game and my darling druid character. Oh the good memories.
Anyhow, I really like it, keep it up. |

Thank you very much guys !!!
eyewoo: I am so happy you posted in my thread.
You are right. They look very similar. I couldn't think of other shapes. Next time I will paint different. Thank you, cool that you like it.
Ko: No, I just started painting whithout knowing what will come out. Maybe the stones are a magically portal or something like that.
Hyptosis: Thank's
Asurfael: Thank you very much.
Yes it's photoshop 7 grass.
It would have taken ours to paint the grass without the tool. I know, it's a bit cheated.
Thank's again
I've another picture for you
Hope you like it.
