I did this with a mouse when I was thirteen, and just fixed it up a bit, taking out the shading and making it flat, using a mouse for old time's sake.

Hey, I like it.

One thing, though. The eyes have that gradient which doesn't blend with the rest of the flat picture.

I myself would put the color of his hair, in his eyes, flat.. just like everything else. See how it looks!

you know my opinion, I liked the painting better...

scan it peice by peice and then put it together and scale it down.

This is the original, an acrylic painting for gr. 8 art class. size was originally 17"x24" and then i scanned it in little by litte, hence the bad connections in the painting.
