I won't try to be original when I say "WOW". Very nice work Enayla.

If I'd try to give at least one comment of critique, it'd be; (maybe I'm being very subjective here) balance your lights/darks bit more. I think some of the "distant" darks might be a little too dense.

But very inspiring work it is. Keep it up.

Nice to see your work on the boards Enayla.
I really like the atmosphere created in the first two pieces, the autumnal look of the enviroment and the fae's dress and wings and the same with the second, the way she reflects the enviroment around her.
The third piece, hmmm. The second version looks a little cluttered but I prefer it to the first. The rendering of the rose and dragonfly is amazing, I didn't think it was possible to have that much detail.
The only crit I would like to make is that to me the left arm of the man on the last piece looks a little too long, maybe it's just me.
Are you still using Photoshop to create these?

they're all great, the first one is my fave, love the face and colors (which aren't blue for a change).

They are all awesome but like others have said, the first is my favourite. It is so rich but at the same time doesn't overwhelm you.

As impossible as it sounds you've actually improved since last I saw your work.
Not only has my jaw been dropped, but it's also been oblitherated, dislocated and generally annihilated.

blok: Thank you =] The smooth soft look is part of my style, I guess, though quite a few people try to badger me into quitting it ;D The paintings are about 4500x4000 pixels at a 200 or 300 resolution, which was what the client asked me to work with.

davi: *beams and bows* Thank you very much. I use partial references if I have issues with things. A foot here, an elbow there... that kind of stuff. I won't claim that I can draw perfect anatomy - I get very uncertain sometimes, and then I dig a picture up - or snap a picture - to just get it 'right', you know? I hate for things to end up looking really wonky ;D

landmaster: Thanks =] I try to aim for, in a lot of my work, an ethereal and magic kind of feeling. I guess I just love to imagine a world that is more fascinating and enrapturing than the one where we live.

I soooo wish I did. I created these during an insane time schedule and I was so stressed out I didn't even think about it. I was stupid enough to flatten it down to just a few layers when it was done, so I can't even access the early background anymore. It sucks. I can give you a close up of her face, though - it's better than nothing...

Absolutely gorgeous images, Enayla. You never fail to impress. I especially love that second one, I guess because I like darker images, but that's just beautiful. And what's wrong with the mountains behind the dragonfly? I like them! Is it a client request?
