Hi, I have been a reader for a long time and have suddenly gotten the desire to post something. So here it is...any thoughts are appreciated.
Second, I think I am a bit too obsessed with the smudge tool and am trying to break free from its grasp. Do other people use that too a LOT and how can i find ways to well...not use it so much. Thnks. |

Uh oh.......(looks around for flamers)
I don't think this is considered finished work (why do I get the feeling that this has been said alot around here lately) so this should go in work in progress
smudge tool is GOD foolish one, I cannot live without it. You just don't know how to use it properly. |

Thnx for the response. I guess I also should have clarified that this was a quick 15-25 minute drawing. I have had a tablet for a while but I haven't gotten the hang of it quite yet, schoolwork made it hard for me to sit down with it often. I am trying to get more comfortable drawing directly on the computer as opposed to my trusty pencil and paper.
As for the smudge tool. Yeah, i guess maybe I dont know how to use it properly just yet. Oh well...more practice for me then. THnx. ![](images/smiles/icon_redface.gif) |
