Looks good,
good job value-wise (light & shadow)
main problem is the space between the upperlip and the nose is too large, I assume its wrong because otherwise it looks like a fairly realistic portrait, not a caricature. |

it seems that his jaw is a bit too long. I edited your image a little bit and roughly in the photoshop (hope u not gonna get mad at me for taking a liberty at doing this), to see what would happen if that jaw would be just a little bit shorter, and here is the result... this was just an experiment. I might have even overdid with the shortening... he should have more upper lip. Otherwise your picture is great, Just my 2 cents
