nice intro... 
there are two problem spots i see at the moment... one is his nose, his left nostril actually. the nostril itself should come in closer to the center of the nose, and the outside part of the side of the nose should come down lower. and lastly... his eyes. the lower eyelids dont look right. normally, at the part of the eye close to the nose, there is a tear duct... i can see where you painted that part, but its too high and small. his right eye looks a little dodgy shading wise in that area too. the dark line going around the iris in his right eye is too thick too.
