Half-Orc training for battle. It will eventually be colored. Reference was used from a magazine. C&C is more than welcomed! Thanks for looking.

i think the hands are fine, and i like the ripples on his arm but the swords are... dumpy? IMO neat points look better. |

He seems to elvish to me. I don't know, when I think orc I totally see a little more burtal and mamoth sheer strength and animalism. I realize that this is a half orc but at the same time you still need to bring out the orcish characteristics so that we can visually identify that he is half orc without the title of "half orc".
The style is great though and your anatomy is doing fine, just think a little more towards the stylizations.
Hope that helps |

Hey thanks for the response guys!
-Darcklown: His left hand bugs me a little too, that big nuckle just has to be shaved down a bit
-MrsButterworth: I wanted to use something more like a Baton style of weapon, as he is just trainning. Mind you a little point at the end couldn't hurt
-Atherium: Would if I paint him the token color green? Or if I added some more body hair?. When I was drawing him I was thinking more on the line that his human side was more prominent than his orc side.
Thanks again guys for your input! |

Yeah I got the reference from a men's health magazine It took me about 2hrs. It's finished for now and will I eventually color it. I will put the progression steps posted in WIP section once I get started.
