I think the concepts may actually be TJ Frame's work. They also look to be pieces of concept art from the upcoming Command & Conquer: Generals RTS game.
Methinks this is just a fan posting some of his stuff. |

Yea, I made those sketches, except for the pickup truck which was made by Phil Robb (www.filrobb.com). Those are concepts for the C&C Generals game. I guess that Flint is a fan !?
